Chicken, Veggie & Cheese Loaf

(picture is in the cooking stage...not quite done, 2 loaves and 4 extra biscuits)
This is a variation of a Pampered Chef ring recipe...love those rings!



Ingredients:
2 cans of Pillsbury flaky biscuits
1 bag of California Blend veggies (thawed)
2 cups of Colby Jack cheese - grated
1 lb. chicken breast, boiled and cubed


Directions:
Separate biscuits and then 1/2 them, so each piece is flat
Lay them out in 2's to form a sort of rectangle
Lay chicken down middle of rectangle
Add veggies on top of the chicken
Sprinkle cheese on veggies
Pull sides of biscuit closed at top and ends

Bake at 350 until outer shell is golden brown
